On September 23 during it’s livestream event, Nintendo made announcements covering new titles coming to its popular console, the Switch. While some were just updates or expansions to games that were already released, many new titles were released as well to already existing franchises. - Mario Party Superstars is adding 5 new boards from the Nintendo 64 games available October 29 (preorders available now)
- Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars (available October 28, preorders and free demo available now)
- Disco Elysium: The Final Cut (October 12 for digital version, physical version early 2022. Digital preorders available now)
- Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity Expansion Pass (October 29 on the Nintendo eShop)
- Chocobo GP (2022)
- Kirby and the Forgotten Island (Spring 2022)
- Animal Crossing New Horizons Brewster update coming in October (new content in November)
- Mario Golf: Super Rush free update available now
- Disney Magical World 2: Enchanted Edition (December 2021)
- Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (November 11, preorders available now)
- Always Remember: Stay Human (February 4, 2022, free demo launches same day)
- Dying Light: Platinum Edition (October 19, preorders available now)
- Triangle Strategy (March 4, 2022, preorders available now in the Nintendo eShop)

- Nintendo Switch Online has a new membership plan for N64 and Sega Genesis games. The expansion will be available in late October
- New wireless controllers (N64 and Genesis) available for Nintendo Online members
